re-positioned shoot bolt hole: 2017-02-04 Panasonic DMC-FT1
Originally I located the holes for the aft shoot bolt guides using the cross-hairs marked by the factory in the door mouldings. When i came to try out the positions of the shoot bolt guides, I realised that the curvature of the door was too great in that area to allow the guide to sit comfortably. So, I followed the instructions in the manual (!) which gave hole locations slightly further up, on a flatter area. This is the starboard door after making the second hole. The redundant hole will get filled with a small patch of BID behind and micro on the outside.

This is the port door after making the second hole for the aft shoot bolt guide. The black felt-tip pen line for locating the new hole is extended from the horizontal part of the door aperture at the forward end.
