fuselage hinge recess masked: 2017-03-04 Panasonic DMC-FT1
The forward door hinge recesses on the fuselage roof masked off with brown parcel tape in preparation for making flox spacers on the hinge mounting pads. I expected the flox to squish out around the bonding area and didn't want it to drop into these recesses where the hinge tangs enter as the doors open. Note the guide line drawn on the port side, in accordance with door fitting advice from Bud Yerly.
