The block of blue foam cut to length for the seat base inserts. The proposed outlines, based on my initial measurements of the seat pans, are drawn on the top face of the foam block - but before starting to cut, I decided to make them slightly thicker to use the full thickness of the block.

4 pieces of blue foam cut to size for the bases of the seats. The top one was cut from a wedge-shape piece and will be used for the starboard outer seat hollow where it will need to be tapered anyway. The marks on the other 3 pieces show the slightly thinner section originally proposed. The offcut at the front is to be used in making a mould for the battery box.
