Making an insulating bush for the starter cable to pass through the aft baffle. I tested the fit of the nut after every cut once the thread started to look well-formed, and this is the point at which it first went on freely.

I realised quite quickly that I would need a way to grip the bush while tightening the nut, so I popped the bush in the milling vise and milled diametrically-opposed flats on the shoulder.
