positioning rivet nut hole repair piece: 2021-07-02 Panasonic DMC-FT1
The repair patch for the over-drilled door frame hole pulled into place with a nylon line and aligned with the hole using a stepped bush and jacking screw. The stepped bush was tacked onto the repair patch with Shoo Goo to hold it in place while the patch was pulled into the frame under the hole. The screw was carefully inserted into the bush and wound through until it pulled the patch up against the inner surface of the frame.
