The strobe cable exit on the port side of the fuselage. The pitot and static lines exit further down and forward; this is where the manual calls for those holes, but it is not clear to me why that position was chosen.

The routing of the strobe cable from the conduit down to the exit hole in the port fuselage side. Also visible are the pitot and static tubing, which exit further down the side of the fuselage.
