ferrites on antenna cable: 2021-02-17 Panasonic DMC-FT1
The 4 ferrite toroids installed on the RG58 comm antenna coax cable. The cable diameter was first enlarged slightly with layers of heatshrink sleeving to better fit the ID of the toroids. Then the toroids were bonded in place with epoxy and finally black heatshrink sleeve was applied overall. There is a small piece of clear heatshrink on the stripped end of the cable to keep the screen tidy until ready for soldering.
