The underside of the port flap - the first filling job since the rudder (way back in 2004!). The glossy appearance suggests I didn't add enough Expancel to the mix, which will probably make it harder to sand down.

Pinhole bubbles in the filler on the underside of the port flap. This, and the glossy appearance, suggests I didn't add enough Expancel to the mix. This will probably make it harder to sand down, and the pinholes will have to be filled.
