Making clips for stall-warner tube: 2007-08-31.
Nikon Coolpix 8400
2 Layers of BID draped over a 6mm rod and weighed down each side with pieces of wood to form the flanges of the clips. The BID was covered with peel-ply and layers of polyethylene were used top & bottom to stop the layup sticking to either the rod or the wood.

Here's the resulting layup after cure and removal of peel-ply and polyethylene sheet. The edges (as with many layups on polyethylene) are a bit dangerous, with glass needles sticking out in places, so will get trimmed off very soon.
