After a failure, starting again to get the pressure-side tubing onto the fuel weight sensor port. I've pushed a warm nail into the end of the tube and it is now cooling to let the tube take a set with a slightly larger bore. The nail is resting on the pliers so that it won't melt the plastic box in which the sensor PCB is mounted.

The pressure-side tubing fitted and clamped to the sensor port. Ideally I'd have preferred the tube to fit further onto the port but this seems to be secure enough.
