The templates for the firewall parts (printed on thin card - 210 gsm) laid onto the stainless steel sheet to determine the best layout.

The final arrangement of the firewall templates, stuck to the stainless steel sheets with 3M Photo Mount. I have drilled holes for the rudder cables and at all the internal angles to prevent stress-risers. The bottom left-hand corner of the larger piece has already been cut off as a test of the snips.
