heater for curing Redux: 2015-01-26
Lumix DMC-FT1
A 6.8 ohm 50 watt resistor temporarily attached to the inboard side of the port fuselage quick-connect bellcrank. This was used to heat the bellcrank and thus accelerate curing of the Redux bond on the SRBF pad so as to avoid the need to leave the wings rigged for several days. This was taken after the bonding operation. Note the excess Redux squeezed out, particularly in the cutaway area at bottom left; this needs to be removed.
