filing curve on hook plates: 2022-06-24 Panasonic DMC-FT1
The stack of 4 locking hooks during shaping. Here the stack of plates is mounted in the bench vise for work with a hand file. The curved lower part of the hook is being formed and blended into the 3mm hole which was drilled to define the internal corner of the hook. The vertical surface was milled to the template line.
