hinge holes drilled on starboard cowl hatch: 2023-09-02 Panasonic DC-TZ90
The starboard cowl hatch held in place with masking tape for drilling the hinge holes. The pre-drilled hinge was offered up from the inside of the cowl, and held in place with clecos through the fixed leaf. Each hole on the hatch was drilled through the moving leaf from the inside of the cowl. A cleco was fitted in the first hole to maintain alignment before drilling the second hole.
