wing slings: 2008-09-27
Nikon Coolpix 8400
The wing slings made from old pallets, spare bits of wood and pieces of old carpet. The starboard wing has been removed from its rigging dolly. The sling is positioned to make the arrangement slightly tip-heavy, and the wingtip rests lightly on the side of the dolly. The port wing is supported by both sling and dolly. In the right foreground is the fuselage dolly, and at the left side is the fuselage top moulding and fuel tank.
