A length of wood jammed against the tunnel, below the choke control, to apply pressure while a composite clip is bonded to the seatback to secure the sight gauge tubing.

Bonding a composite clip is to the seatback to secure the sight gauge tubing, and the smaller vent tubing from the fuel weight sensor. The clip is covered by a piece of polyethylene sheet to avoid unwanted sticking. Immediately against that is the piece of wood that was used as a former when making the asymmetric clip, then a wedge to adjust pressure and finally the end of the length of wood jammed against the tunnel, below the choke control, to apply pressure.
