Foam removed from rear bulkhead: 2013-07-08

Looking aft at the rear bulkhead. Where I have routed out the foam core at each side for the plywood inserts the bulkhead layup is translucent.
rudder bellcrank bracket mounting holes: 2013-07-10
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FT1
The rear bulkhead modified, with ply inserts fitted and BID reinforcement added, and holes drilled to match the bracket that carries the rudder bellcrank.
