GPS antenna fixing: 2020-05-09 Panasonic DMC-FT1
The Garmin GPSmap 296 external antenna fitted to the to of the F14 Instrument Module. It is attached to the ground plane with small CSK screws, accessed through the holes adjacent to the nuts for the ground plane fastening.

The Garmin GPSmap 296 external antenna fitted to the to of the F14 Instrument Module. Here you can also see the cooling fan, its protective mesh, and the blanking plate, covering the part of the hole made in error, at the left of the fan.
