firewall fitting: 2019-02-12 Panasonic DMC-FT1
Looking across the front of the landing gear frame towards the starboard footwell. Trying to get the stainless steel firewall sheet bent to fit closely around the diagonal tube of the landing gear frame, so as to clear the rudder pedal transverse shaft. It looks quite promising here, but I have yet to fit the P-clamp that will secure the sheet to the LG frame.

Trying to get the stainless steel firewall sheet bent to fit closely around the diagonal tube of the landing gear frame, so as to clear the rudder pedal transverse shaft. Once the P-clamp securing the sheet to the LG frame is fitted, the sheet is very reluctant to conform tightly to the LG frame tube.
