The upper part of the camera mount fitted to the overhead panel. The central 1/4 inch BSW screw is epoxied in place. The M4 screws prevent rotation of the mount relative to the panel.

The lower parts of the camera mount. The disc on the left is the locking ring. It has 4 holes 4mm diameter x 8mm deep around the circumference for tightening with a lever.
